Merging option set fields together

Hello all,

I wanna create a custom topic field in Leads which combines - Company name + country + business type + subject. Out of these, the country and business type fields are custom option sets that I created. When I try to concatenate these fields, it doesn't allow me to select those Option sets/Picklists.

I read in a blog that it is possible to concatenate the option sets in CRM online. Also, I tried to search a tool for merging the fields in XRMToolBox, however couldn't find one.

    So this is a duplicate post but I'll try to give a solution other than "not possible".... 

    What I would do is set this field with a workflow instead of a business rule. Business rules are easier but they are also more restricted. Since Topic is a single line of text field, it will be very easy to set this field using a workflow. When companyname, new_country, new_businesstype, and new_subject change, set the Topic field with these dynamic values.
