ClickDimention Send Email with CRM Workflow

Recently Im exploring the ClickDimentions Send Email Feature rather than using the CRM's Native Send Email. I have come across with an issue that 'Editor type' does not populate if I send the email through the CRM workflow. See the image below

But If I manually create the Email Send record, Editor type is populated automatically based on the Email Template is chosen. It only does not work when Email Send  is created via Dynamics CRM workflow process.

Can anybody experience this issue. if it is yes, how did you solve this.

    Hello Satkunam,

    When email send record is created on form, the editor type is populated by frontend script as soon as email template is chosen. From there the Email Send record and be further edited, and this editor can be a different editor type with the email template.

    I looked up email send records in my org created from create of 'Send ClickDimensions Email', and I have same experience: all email sends created from 'Send ClickDimensions Email' are without Editor Type.   Email sends created this way are sent immediately and become inactive. I don't think it's a problem that editor type is empty since there was not a chance to edit.

    However, I noticed that your email send status is empty, and there was no preview of the email content. Will you see the status if you wait for a few minutes? This is what I see:

    Hi Abby, Thanks for the answer. Yes there is no status.

    Finally this issue turned out to be an issue that all the click dimension processes were not in activated status. those were in draft status. that is why it is showing no status whether it is actually sent or bounced. After i activated the processes, the emails were sent out successfully. it could happen to another forum user which may help to pinpoint the cause of the issue.
