posting button missing from service invoice page

Hi Guys, Could you take a look at the service invoice page if you get the posting button? I tried different profile but it is still missing. thanks

Its there for me. Does it appear if you go to Personalize -> Clear Personalization? Or in the ribbon, if you go to Actions -> Posting -> Other, do you see it there?

the post button is greyed out in personalization and the show button is greyed out as well. Might this be a licensing limitation? I'm on a cronus testing database.

Have you tried clicking on Clear Personalization?

Also, in personalization mode try going to Action -> Posting. Do you see the posting action buttons in there? If they're greyed out, click on Show to make them visible.

It looks like the posting action buttons were hidden in there, under Actions. If they're hidden there, then they will be greyed out as they are in your screenshot under Home or Process.

Hi, user can customize the pages on different layers.

So in addition to Personalization, you also need to confirm whether there is an Extension or page customization has changed the page.
