Hello,

If the image is hosted somewhere accessible to the recipient, you can use HTML to insert pictures into email messages. If you have the image locally, you should be able to create an email template record, and just paste the image into the body of the template. Then, when you want to send the email with the image, you can choose the template with the image.

Hi ,

The image should be hosted on somewhere in web. You need to just copy and paste the link image in the email template.

Just go to the web site where the image is hosted.

Right click on the image and select Copy.

Go to the email message, right click on the body of the email and select paste.

Hello,

We cannot host the image on the internet, we need to see the image inline when the email is read from another email client outside CRM. What we have tried until now is to use base64 as image source but it is getting trimmed.

Hi, this is a common need within Dynamics CRM and we have the solution!
