Print Preview not showing the whole record

I have a task with a few tabs that are visible based on the selection from another field, e.g. if 'type of trip' = 'conference', show conference tab. When a user clicks print preview (Settings gear > Print Preview), only the tabs and fields that are set to visible by default are showing. Any ideas on this?

    Ablair,

I think this is issue with CRM 2013, and Microsoft resolved some of the print issues in rollup 3.

Here are details about rollup 3

Thanks for the reply. I've applied the latest updates for 2013, SP1 RU2, build number 6.1.2.0112, the issue still remains. I didn't see anything in the details outlining this particular issue. This is what's happening:

Here are the sections on the form ...

Hello, did this ever get resolved? I am having the same problem. My section 2 is not printing and this section is the business address which is important.

Sorry for the late reply, in case this reply would help others.

The sections on the form are natively set to visible only shows on print preview option. Client script doesn't run within print preview, so you can't conditionally hide or visible sections. An alternative is to create a Report or Document Template, then print it
