Send email with attachments through Plugin (D365 online)

I'm trying to send email with attachments. (note : I have Dynamics 365 Online).

The scenario is :-

I have an entity, the users upload attachments (.JPG) in annotation, I need to make some plugins to send email with these uploaded annotation to our managers as attachments .

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I got the image link :-

When I click this link, it will start downloading the image.

Now how we can take advantage to attach this image in email attachments OR embedded in the email body.

I tried to do same what in the link that you provided to me, but it's not like what I need.

our users will upload images in the note related with entity called (complaint), I just need to send these images through email as attachment or embed it in the email body.

Hi Aric,,

Thanks for your answer ,, I tried to do same what in the link, and it's working fine.
But what I noticed the process will send each attachment in different email, but what I need to collect all the attachments in one email then send them all together .
