ReportReport

Hi

I have an issue at one of my clients where this report just will not print.  Tried SQL logging and it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Ran it on my system and it seems to be mainly looking at POP10500 table.  So I had a look at this table to see if I could spot issues.

Seems like there are some transactions that just should not be there anymore (which makes me think that some of the data is stopping the report).

Here are some examples:

So I am seeing that the table shows no PO number - but when you drill into the Receipt in GP, there is a PO number - but not when you drill into the transaction.

I ran a check links on the test database, but nothing changed in this table.

My base understanding is that removing completed purchase orders should clear this table - as you can see from the above, this transaction is dated 2005 - in GP no open purchase orders exist prior to Jan 2013.  I had a number of data issues earlier in the year that I sorted for this site - looks like this is another area I need to tidy for them!

Cheers

Heather

I think, the table has updated with wrong values through back-end or any other application( maybe I am wrong).

Have you check this receipt having PO number in POP10310( Receipt line table)?

Also check(item number, qty & amount) for the po number showing in GP inquiry window is belongs to this particular receipt/invoice.

If this PO is belong to this purchasing invoice, you need to update the po number through backend.

Also check the ODBC whether you have connected appropriate SQL server with GP.

    Hope this helps!!!
