CRM 365 V9 - Text Wrapping Not Working in IE & Chrome Browser

Hello All,

We have recently upgraded our CRM Organization to 9.0 From 8.2. After that we have enable "Allow Text Wrapping For Form Fields Label & Value".

This functionality is working fine in Edge Browser but not working in IE & Chrome Browser. Around ~1000 User are using IE Browser for CRM.

Please suggest a way to overcome this issue.

    I would clear the browser cache, restart the machine and try again.

    I have tried with same step and It's working fine.

    In Addition to this, If we are still facing issue after clear cache and reopen Browser then we can perform below steps to clear cache.

    • Step 1: Delete File From Location (C:\Users\(User)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache)
    • Step 2: Restart IE Browser

    But I have same issue with Chrome Browser. Do you have any suggestion for this?

    The the cache clearing you done seems to have worked only IE or Edge.

    Could you try clearing Chrome cache and try if it works?

    I would also try and see if it works on Incognito mode on Chrome.

    If you have firefox installed, you could try on that as well. if you want to download, please follow the link : www.mozilla.org/.../new

    Chrome and Firefox are similar browers in most aspsects, if even after clearing Chrome cache no change and fresh install of firefox has the same issue, then it could possibly a UI bug in the latest version related to the wrapping.

    If none of the above solves the issue, and you may have to raise a ticket with Microfot. If its already reported by somone they will say if they are working on a fix.

    The known issues page does not seem to have yours in the list
