Filtering Custom fields from standard fields

Hello everyone,
 
I want to filter out custom fields from the standard fields in the /Field/ table is there any way considering there is no specific prefix or suffix added to all the custom fields.
or else any other alternative which can be helpful for listing out the custom fields either in UI side or from the al script code.

    Hi,
     
    You can create a page based on table field.
     
    Filter the records in that page with No. - 50000..99999. All fields in list are custom fields in base Microsoft and other ISV tables.

    I just did that only, it worked fine with these ranges: -
    • (50000 .. 99999 | 1000000 .. 69999999 | 70000000 .. 74999999)
    • (PTE | RSP | APPSOURCE)
