Clients on Domain A with GP running on Domain B

I have a network environment with two domain's in it. Domain A is the primary and Domain B is the domain hosting GP. In this case all our GP users are members (both machine and user) of Domain B. Is there an impact to these users if I join them to Domain A?

    Is there trust before the two domains? I am not very familiar with GP and multi domain setups but I am pretty sure this will make a big difference.

    Depending on how you have the domains configured and how you have/plan to have GP configured this can be an absolute nightmare. Especially if you use the web client.
