In earlier versions, When emails are tracked in outlook, it used to show a symbol (small people kind of). Now, on tracking there is no such symbol. How do we identify the emails which are tracked?

We can observe if the email has a small blue rectangle to determine if it has been tracked.
This small blue rectangle indicates that this item has been assigned Tracked to Dynamics 365 Outlook category.
Emails that have already been tracked are automatically assigned Tracked to Dynamics 365 Outlook category.
