Getting list of duplicate records?

Hello team,

I have a custom entity and I am using onpremise 2015.

I would like to know is there any way I can get a list of duplicate records created in CRM?

or If I can Query the SQL database?

Any help or guidance to the SQL query or any other methods to get the list in CRM is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

    Hi James

Go to settings>>Data Management>>Duplicate Detection jobs>>New>>Enter the fields & criteria and run the job. You will get the list within CRM.

SQL query is as simple as any other query; you just have to look for ..for e.g. contacts with exact same name... like you query for list of contacts similarly, add your filter query and run.

    Hi James,

You can go to Settings --> Data Management --> Duplicate Detection Rules. Here, you must setup the duplication rules based on desired fields in your custom entity.
