<<Execute Error>> Error 2147217873 Cannot insert duplicate key row in object "dbo ship to with unique IX customer ID INSERTO Ship to Address, address2, City, Company etc
This occur when I run the 401 worksheet on one of the store.

Try running a database check and then a re-index in the Store & HQ Admin | File | Connect put in your password | Database | check | and then Database | re-index
