Business rules greyed out on quick create form editor

HI,

I am setting up a quick create form for a custom entity. This entity main form has three business rules and I want to implement those rules on quick create form as well.

I was able to open up the business rule window, but it won;t let me add anything in it. When I click on 'Add condtion' and 'Add Action' nothing happens.

Why is it so? Are business rules not allowed on quick create form. Some one please guide me through this.

Thanks for any help.

You can choose "entity" scope - that should work for quick creates, too (client side included if I'm not mistaken). But you may have to create/edit those rules from the customization->Entities->Your Entity->Business rules

rather than from that particular form.
