Hi,
I'm hoping there is an answer to this, and all my hard work in finally creating and getting my dashboard charts etc. in line isn't going to be a waste of time.
I have created a dashboard via the Microsoft CRM 2015 Web Browser. I've then shared my dashboard with the management team who can view and use the dashboard successfully via their login on the Web Browser. I have ticked the 'enable mobile' option for the dashboard and I can view the dashboard on my CRM mobile app but the rest of the team (who can see it on their web browser under 'my dashboards') can see the dashboard name on their mobile app but get an error message: No Read Privilege. You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics Administrator.
Is there anything I can do to enable the rest of the team to have the ability to see the dashbaord on their mobiles??
Any suggestions would be fab, thanks.

With Dynamics 365 for Phone and Tablet App this is no longer the issue, a personal dashboard shared will be available to the shared user.
Did you also share the charts and enabled them for mobile, when you shared the dashboard with your management?

Does anybody know if this has been fixed? I have a few other posts on this but no one is saying that this has been resolved.
I have had the same issues using the mobile app.
Having gone through the support channels it has been identified as a product defect.
I have been told it will be fixed as part of an update (8.2.3) due for release in Q3 2017.
The same happens to our shared Dashboards which include shared views and charts. Is anyone providing a solution?
as a workaround for someone who is out in the field and needed the view, I made a copy of the view and assigned it to her as the owner.
Has anyone found an answer to this? I just discovered that a view I shared will multiple people is not available from the mobile app and I am not finding any other posts describing this issue or a solution.
Looks like you are on to something as the shared views arn't showing on their mobiles, however they are showing on the web browser. Is there a way I can share the views so they also see the views on their mobile app?
thanks yes the views are all shared, so they can see it on their web browsers. Is there an 'enable for mobile' tickbox for a view? I can't seem to see one...
When you create your charts for the dashboard you will do this with a view, Make sure this view is shared to everyone using it or use a system view
