can't delete new employee - data exists in APR Employee Pay Policy

My customer is trying to delete an employee that was set up in error.  No transactions were input or processed.  Just an employee maintenance record was created, and needs to be deleted.  Two situations:

On one employee to be deleted, a message comes up that says "Cannot delete.  Data exists for this Employee ID.  Then there is an option to print a report, which shows that data exists in HRMSS Dictionary and Table APR Employee Pay Policy.

2nd employee - same scenario, but the report shows data exists in HRMSS Dictionary and Table PTO Anniversary Carry Over.

We have searched for these employee ID's in all the appropriate tables I can find, with no records showing up.  What else could we be missing?

    ignore this request.  Client was looking at wrong company database when running the scripts to search the tables :-)    My hope is that someday a fix would occur so these records would delete automatically when trying to delete an employee with no transaction history.
