Is there a way to mass assign a group of inventory codes to an inventory site or does each code have to be done individually?

Each of our technicians has a “site” for their inventory. Is there a faster way to add codes besides one at a time?

I have been adding them using the site Maintenace>select the Assign button> Item Site Assignments >adding the items in this window.

by using macro, you can do this.

Dear,

Multiple Sites can be assigned to single item by following Path;

Inventory > Cards > item Quantities Maintenance > Go to > Site Item Assignments

Select item number and check the available site

Click Ok to Save

I voted for this as well. I wrote a SQL script that runs every hour to assign every site to every item. It is very crude but for my client all items are service items and quantities are not an issue. They need the items assigned to sites for purchase orders.
