Fields enable=false is still accessible

Hi,

My customer is working on Business Central 14.0.39277 (Spring 2019 CU8) on premise

When a field is set to "enable=false", the value is still updatable by the user.

Is there a solution to fix this ? I have checked the CU 9 to 17 and it seem there is no fix for that. 

Is it a know issue ?
