Store Commerce (web) - Printer issue

Application comes error whenever I try to print a receipt or invoice.
 
I have reinstalled hardware station and tested the connection. Passed the ping test. Everything looks alright.
Printer name is correctly set in both F&O and Epson OPOS.
 
Could it be something else I need to look into?

    Were you able to pair the shared hardware station in the Store Commerce for Web?
     
    You can try reviewing the network/console logs using web dev tools to see the error returned when making a call to the hardware station.
     
    You can also check the event logs of the hardware station from the server device to determine the root cause of the issue. Usually, this error will be returned if the printer is unreachable from the hardware station or due to a wrong setup in F&O

    Thanks for your advise .
     
    It was able to pair the shared hardware station with no issues and this is the only workstation with printing issues.
     
    Printer has no issues for sure as it prints when doing health check at OPOS tools.
     
    Could it be possible with User configuration issues? or others.

    If you are able to pair the shared hardware station without issues, then the problem might be that the HW station was not able to communicate with printer [due incorrect configuration].
     
    If this is the case, you should be able to pinpoint the problem by reviewing the logs from POS device and HW station device, as mentioned in my previous comment.
    Furthermore, I also suggest you try using peripheral simulator app and utilize the pos simulator mode to make sure that the printer is recognized and able to print a sample from the HW station device.
