Hi community,

Has anybody had any experience with the Client 360 Single View Demo CRM extension?

I'm still trying to configure the "Single View Setting" record but when trying to view the (tiles) results on my account/contact form, I'm getting the "No Matching Configuration Record Found" error. Many users have experienced the same scenario and there's no definitive resolution in the blogs I researched:

Hi VVG,

Have you imported the setting file?

markmargolis.files.wordpress.com/.../single-view-setting.xlsx

I have tried before, and the first time got error, exactly as you have, but after several try, I can use that component.

Thanks Aileen. In addition when I changed the Icon Source field to any value except "From Field on Entity" I stopped getting errors.

Update: When you select “From Field on Entity”, you should also specify the name of that field, and ensure that the field contains the path to an icon

Hi,

I am unable to find the web resource "ms_SingleViewDisplay.html" in the solution as mentioned in the demo. So unable to configure it.

can you help me point to the correct solution file.
