Hi Naveen,
This following article mentioned how to block inventory location in D365. You can use blocking cause form to create multiple causes and assign causes blocking for inventory locations. Then create movement journal and validate to test this feature.

If you are using advance warehouse management you can use the blocking cause master and input and output blocked fields on location master.
