Hi team,

We are stuck with an error saying Requesting data from CRM. We have case where it is working fine for Administrator but having the User & Team level permission to Account entity, it is showing error like this. If we open the record don`t have privilege from any third entity`s ref. grid, twice it is showing this error. We tried by clearing the cache, in private window but nothing works.

Please help us if anybody can.

TIA

    Hello,

If it is working fine for Administrators I suspect there might be a performance problem with the PrincipalObjectAccess Table.

Have you tried collecting a SQL Profiler together with a CRM Platform trace, while reproducing the issue? Do you see any blocking?

Also, if you toggle with the EnableRetrieveMultipleOptimization setting, do you see any differences? Here is a good blog article on ERMO : community.dynamics.com/.../retrievemultiple-performance that explains how it works and how it can be changed.

    Hope this helps,

    Radu

    Hi Radu...

Thanks for your reply. We checked with SQL profiler and CRM trace. In CRM trace and SQL profiler we didn`t get anything. In SQL profiler there was query to POA table that is returning nothing, and in CRM trace we have some warning messages regarding performance counter that are good in CRM server, we checked this.

Please let us know how to proceed further.

I would toggle with the ERMO setting and see if this makes any difference, with regards to the performance.
