Starting from Sunday, our users have been experiencing an issue with the "Comment" function in the Customer table within Dynamics 365.
When attempting to enter a comment, the system does not progress beyond the "Thinking" stage and becomes unresponsive. The page freezes, and the only way to recover is by refreshing the browser.
It is important to note that, in some cases, the entered information is still saved in the system as a comment even after the system freezes.
Additionally, this issue does not occur when adding comments within Service Requests, where the functionality works as expected.
