Hi

Is it possible to have multiple Business Central tenants in Azure which are connected to the same Office365 tenant ?

    Yes it is. You should be able to order that through your CSP Partner:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../support-unlimited-number-production-sandbox-environments

    Hello,

    This also applies to OnPrem. You can have the following:

    App

    Tenant 1 where users exist like user1@domain.com

    Tenant 2 where users exist like user2@domain.com

    But also:

    Tenant 3 where users exists like user3@domain2.com

    This is all possible with BC.
