Hi, I have an user with administrator rol that is unable to see the knowledge base. The user has all permissions in Service Module and i have a user with the same security role that is able to see the knowledge base.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Hello!
Also try and see what type of user you have created, is it a read/write user or an administrative user? This option restricts user role if administrative user type is selected.

Are you sure to have permission to read articles? The same problem occurs when the permission under Service tab is unchecked...
