Unable to see the knowledge base

Hi, I have an user with administrator rol that is unable to see the knowledge base. The user has all permissions in Service Module and i have a user with the same security role that is able to see the knowledge base.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Carol,

    it's unable to see the knowledge base from Outlook?

    Try from web client (http://servername:port/organization/main.aspx).

    It´s unable to see the knowledge base from Outlook and from web client too.

    But you don't see the link on the left (in your Custom Area) or you don't see record list?

    Can you post some screen of the home page, thank you?

    Thanks Marco,  I don´t see the link "Knowledge Base" on the left. I need to see the link in the left and to see record list in the right area.

    i don't forget your problem!

    Are you sure to have permission to read articles? The same problem occurs when the permission under Service tab is unchecked...

    The user has All permissions in service module. The user has a administrator rol because of i dont undertand that she doesnt  see the link of knowledge base

    SP 7 is the last service pack installed.
