Can't see Edit and Activate button on Contact associated view for some users

Hi All,

I have Contact Associated View on Account and a few Users can see Edit and Activate button on the Contact Associated View. All these users have same Sys Admin role, though.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like this relates to permissions. What security roles do the other users (those who can't see the buttons have) ? And can they edit or activate the same contacts through the contact form, or a main grid ?

If the users can edit or activate via the form, it may be that you have some custom display rules on the subgrid buttons that control the visibility of these buttons

It was indeed silly of me to not select any records and assume there was an issue.

Once you select at least a record, you should be able to see Edit and Activate/Deactivate buttons.

    :)
