Excecute flow, when phonecall was created or changed

Hi!

I created a flow, that should execute, when something in the table phonecall was created or updated. But it doesn't run. But why? Nothing happens, when i create a phonecall in the timeline of a lead, nothing happens, when i open an already created phonecall, change it and save it, nothing happens, when i do the same and click "save and exit", nothing happens, when i mark the phonecall as done.

So could anybody please tell me, what i have to change or activate. I am clueless

I am a bit closer now. A flow, that is NOT in a solution is fired. A flow IN a solution is not fired.

Can you please provide a screenshot of your flow and to be more specific - the screenshot of the trigger?

Please check the scope of the flow.

Also, please check the filter condition. (also check the connections)

Maybe you can refer the following link to check 'run as' option of the trigger:

As the following engineer said:I was able to fix this issue after changing the trigger to run as Flow Owner which was set as Row Owner before.
