Closing Containers using Containerization

Hi All,

Hope you are having a great day.
I am using wave-based containerization for a high-volume shipping scenario.
The containers created for work records are not getting closed automatically when the pick work records are processed.
My understanding is that they are not getting closed because I am also using container packing policies in the same warehouse for a different shipping scenario.

Is there a way for both container processes to co-exist under the same warehouse? i.e. I am able to close containers automatically using containerization for the high-volume scenario and I am also able to manual packing using container packing policies for the low volume scenario.
I am segregating both shipping processes using different Shipping carriers on the wave and work templates.

Thanks for any inputs!

    Good day,

I believe the container packing policy isn't involved in the containerization process, see for example the following blog: https://laurensvandertang.wordpress.com/2024/10/01/containerization/

Could you check whether the Containerization history log perhaps contains an error?

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang

    Hi Laurens van der Tang,

    Thank you for your response.
There are no errors reported on any of the sales orders in containerization history.
