Hello,
If you are downloading the CRM for one your customers, they should have a volum licensing portal, where they are able to download the setup for Dynamics CRM.
If you are downloading it for your use, you can download a trial version.
As for the installation steps, this link has all the needed details (docs.microsoft.com/.../hh699776(v=crm.8)
