Hi guys,

I am currently migrating notes from a old DB to Dynamics 365 CRM v9.0. While migrating the data i keep getting the following error

CRM service call returned an error: The environment does not have a **** System Configuration Record. One record is required

I did some research on the internet but could not find any indication as to what might cause this error to show.

P.S

The user that i am using for the migration has System Administrator role.

Any advice is welcomed.

Hello,

Do you have any plugin/realtime workflow that handles creation of annotation entity?

There was a workflow that was running on creation of annotation, but i disabled it.

I'm not sure about the plugins, but could they cause an error such as this, and if yes i don't see the connection...

I don't see either but it could be a chance. I don't see any other reason for this error to happen.
