Hi,
Can we integrate any applications in dynamics 365 even if it is not under Microsoft? e.g gmail, zendesk, etc.

You can easly do integrations with using Dynamics 365 web api (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt593051.aspx) and/or SDK (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh547453.aspx). Also you can find something useful on Microsoft Flow (flow.microsoft.com/en-us) or Zapier (zapier.com/.../integrations)
Hey Jane, the answer to that is "yes". You can integrate 3rd party apps/solutions by using the UMD connector or any other integration tool that you can easily find reviews on online - both open-source and paid ones. Cheers!
