Cannot Save or Publish custom entity Quick Create Form

Hi,

So I am trying to create a Quick Create Form for my custom entity 'Development' and get error codes as shown below when I try and save or publish the form.

The error codes are: 

Error: We ran into a problem saving the form. Please try again.

Error: We ran into a problem publishing the form. Please try again.

I have Enabled quick create forms and have added the entity into the App Designer.

    Hi partner,

    I reproduced this problem in my environment.

    I will raise a support ticket to reflect it to the Microsoft team.

    If there is any progress, I will reply here.

    Currently, please switch to the classic interface to create the quick create form.
