Dependency not found for HiEd Portal zip file.

Hi everyone
 
I download Education Package zip folder from Gihub.  I managed to successfully deploy all the packages into my PowerPlatform Environment.  I am struggling to deploy the Portal packages due to the "solution" file that is missing from the zip folders.  Any idea how to get around this. Thanking you in advance
