Hello,

I'm testing the new Approval Status field on the General Journal table. I've selected the lines I need to get approved -> Request Approval -> Send Approval Request -> Select Journal Lines and I am getting the message below. This warning is not stopping me from sending the lines for approval and the Approval Status field gets correctly populated. However, the message does not really make sense. Anybody knows why?

Thanks

Alejandra

Hi, if you select No, you can stop submitting for approval.
    Here is a simple test:
    If choose No.
    Choose Yes.
PS: This user is the approval administrator

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi @YUN ZHU,

My question is why am I getting that message? I find it a bit confusing for the users. Also, even when I dont send consecutive JNL lines for approval, the message is the same, see example below:

    1. Lines G00031 and G00033 (but not G00032) are selected

    2. Request Approval -> Send Approval Request -> Selected Journal Lines. The same message shows

    Thanks

    Alejandra
