Pegged Supply orders not getting scheduled status

Hello There!

I have problem with Pegged Supply orders not getting scheduled status. 

The B#293 is the product which contain the pegged supply. By default is going to schedule status and then creating another production B#294 (pegged supply) but this order going to estimated status not scheduled.

Why? Is there any setup which I am missing?
