Hi, we want to backup all the data in NAV 2018, and make it accessible for some employees without NAV, is it possible? we are making this because the company is closing and we are going to start over in a new company with latest version, we want to access backups just in case is required for regulatory purposes.

If you still have at least one NAV License, you can keep NAV for continued access.
If you no longer have a NAV License, you can use some tools to access the NAV database directly.
Or export key tables to Excel (Using Configuration Package) and keep it as historical data.

Thanks a lot, going to investigate about exporting to excel with configuration package so it is more easily to anyone to access.

Just to access the Data you dont need NAV , just make sure that Database is sitting on the SQL Side. Now you extract the data of any table by exporting data from SQL to excel or SQL Query OR even making some Web Pages directly from SQL and then to display it to the users however you wish.
