Our CFO wants to approve all purchase invoices that are coded to a specific g/l account. I've attempted to setup a Sales Invoice workflow as shown below but its not working, am I missing something or is this not possible to do?

What you are doing is possible, do you have any other approvals that could contradict this one? What happens when someone raises a Purchase Invoice for the selected criteria and sends it for approval?
Yes other approvals are working, but they are all based on header information (i.e. Vendor) this one is not vendor specific it's G/L specific and doesn't seem to be working. The person inputting it can send it to someone for approval based on approver assigned to the vendor as noted in the the first level approver box on the header. But the CFO only wants to see the invoice if it hits a specific account and/or dollar threshold.
Do you have other approvals active in your system that is working?
Have you checked that all the job ques for notifications are running?
