Hi All,

I am new in BC. I need to customize a functionality whereby periodically, a check runs on the system and update the salary of employee based on the grade, period he/she has been employed etc.

I have a stored procedure that was doing the same in another application where an sql job was triggering it. Does BC allow custom jobs and stored procedures?

If not, how can BC handles this?. I will prefer if it can be demonstrated with an example.

I will be very grateful for any assistance.

I have the same question (0)

you can create a Processing Only report or codeunit to do the same logic of stored procedure and BC has Job Queues functionality which can be executed periodically.
