after the last update I am getting this message even on new project application when i push crtl+f5 anyone can help

    If you look at the 'Effective Permissions' window for your user in that environment, do you have that permission for the user you are publishing with?
    You need to both have a Permission set that grants it and entitlement (license) for it.

    it was a license problem I have the right access for some reason someone changed my license from Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials

    to Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Member on office 365 admin page
