After I update test results (fail) on a quality order and validate, system sets the inventory status to 'Blocked' based on settings. What is the right process to redo quality tests and unblock inventory? I tried reopening the quality order and update the test results to Pass, but the inventory is still in Blocked status.
Another question - Based on my location directive settings, the inventory is inside a QMS location where I performed the quality tests. Assuming the test results to be success, what is the right process to move the stock to a picking location? Can system auto generate a work to put away items? Or I need to put away using 'Movement' menu item in mobile device? (In this case, system can't suggest any put location, but I prefer to get the suggestion from system).
