KHAINES is the first Approver

TEVANGELO is the second Approver

NAVC Send SCR Memo Approval request

Then Delegate the Approval to TEVANGELO

But it Get Error "A recipient must be specified"

It is setup as user Group as below screen shot

    Samer,

    Strange. The Notification Template for Approval has been setup correctly and I am thinking the Notification Entries table has a record with no email ID. If this is true, you will need to delete those entries and try again.

    Samar,

    In the image I see a blank line at the bottom. This could be the issue. May I suggest connecting with your Partner developer who can debug the error and locate the bad record or setup. It will be a quick.
