I am trying to import a solution but it fails due to the below error-
The solution installation or removal failed due to the installation or removal of another solution at the same time. Please try again later. |
However, there is no other activity going on. And also, other solutions are getting imported but not this one. Kindly suggest what can be the root cause.
All the help is very appreciated.

I tried publishing all customizations, but it didn't work. We ultimately had to reset the environment so that we can proceed with deploying the solution. After resetting, the same solution got deployed.
Probably something else triggered the solution installation/import from Instance picker in O365 CRM Admin portal.
Go to the default solution (customize the system) & publish all customization. Then try importing your solution again.
If issue still persists, contact MS support, there may be backend updates/system solution upgrades which messed up with your time of import.
