KeyValues not showing in array?

We have two accounts. Both set up the same way but for whatever reason the KeyValues value is different when I drill into them. For one account the KeyValues are put into an accessible array but on the other account the KeyValues are in string format making them inaccessible. I'm not sure why some accounts show KeyValues in an Array and others show them in string format.

    if you use the supported javascript methods to interact with the fields you don't need to check the DOM

    as you are checking how the DOM is structured I suppose you are trying to access directly the values, don't do it, use supported methods.
