Donor Fundraising Software

I am researching new Donor Fundraising Software’s. We (a Non-Profit organization) are currently using Raisers Edge and want to look for a change. I am looking for members in the community to hopefully mention what they are using and if they could say a few words about the software.

    Hi David, I would suggest looking at techsoup.com for info. We make a product called Donor Tools that is easy to use. Take a look at www.donortools.com. I wish you the best of luck and let me know if you have more questions.com

    David,

    I'm a Microsoft Partner in Chattanooga, TN and we developed a solution for Membership Driven Organizations using Microsoft CRM as the platform.  Since then, I've met with a lot of non-profits that wish to move away from Raiser's Edge as well.  We are on the verge of adding in Donation functionality to Event Management, Dues, Member Management, Online Member profiles, etc.  We believe that our system will provide a tighter fit for each organization that adopts this platform and the database (SQL) is accessed from within Outlook making it super-easy to learn.  I am happy to show you what we have built.  The one challenge we have will be to handle Legacy Donations but this is a matter of time.  I'd like to know more about your organization and if we can't help or if I don't think we've got a match, I'll let you know right away.

    Independent, nonprofit organizations N-TEN and Idealware identified 33 donor management systems that met their criteria for cost-effectiveness and popular use. After extensive interviews, detailed surveys and 2 rounds of demonstrations, they selected the top 10 solutions. The 10 products were evaluated on 127 standard criteria, and recommendations were made based on nonprofit purchasing categories as well as on specific features. The report is called "A Consumers Guide to Low Cost Donor Management Systems". You can get it for free by going to www.nten.org/donor or www.idealware.org/donor

    Hi!

    If you are still looking for a solution, I would check out Giftworks Fundraising software. They even offer a trial for you to test drive the tool to see if it is a good fit. I heard a lot of positive things about the product.
