GP2015 -Suggest Item

Hi All,

My Suggest Item function is not working for GP2015.

I've assign Suggest Item in Item Maintenance but the screen is not open automatically in Sales Transaction Entry. When I've manually click Open Suggest Items screen in Sales Transaction Entry >> Options also no screen appeared.

Is there any setup that I've missed out.

I realized that there's no box to tick for item listed as in GP2013.

Don't really have an answer for you but just wanted to say that I tested this in GP 2015 by opening an item, clicking ont he Suggest Items button, added an item, and created an order for the item and as I tabbed through the fields, once I got to the usual spot where it would start another line for a new item, the Suggest Item window opened up automatically.

As far as I'm aware there's no setting for this so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working for you. Did it previously work for GP2013 and you recently did an upgrade and it stopped working? Maybe try removing the suggest items from one item and adding them back and see if that makes a difference?

It works perfectly as designed, I have implemented this feature in few sites without any issues, makes sure to revise the whole process on “Suggested Sales Items” - Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013

Aini,

Would you let me know the problem, we are seeing an issue where by if Enhanced Intrastat module is enabled, the suggested item prompt does not fire and I am looking for clues as to root causes.
