Trial version has expired. is there a way to get all the work back?

Hi all, I have been practising on the trial version till yesterday.
Today, I successfully log in but am unable to launch the Dynamics 365 custom application.
I get a notification as follows, Organization 'ABC' Status : Disbaled.
Error Code : orgIsDisabled.
I need all the work I have been doing, how do I go about getting it back?
PS: If I buy a license linked to the account I used the trial version on, will I be getting all the work back ?

Lu Hao, license expired in the month of July.

How was i able to use it till the 31st of October? And then on November the 1st, i am unable to access my account.

I need all the work back, is there any way to get it?
