How do i provide customer group a tender specific discount?

Hi,

I tried mapping Customer affiliation, and then setup the the price groups with tender based discount and added there customer affiliation too. But it doesnt seems to calculate the discount for cash. Please, suggest.

    Hi Harshad!

    We need more info in order to be able to help you...

    - Is this issue occurring on POS or in call center?

    - Have you validated the discount using the price simulator? If it is working in there but not in POS, you might need to run the distribution jobs.

    In case this is not helping, please share screenshots of the setup you have done as well as the price simulator outcome so we can validate and suggest a solution.

    Hi Florian,

    What my requirement is that i need to give a tender specific discount, that too only for specified Customer group and not everyone. Is there a way i can achieve this?

    Hi Harshad,

    Go to "Channel tender discounts"

    And define for a specific tender type and price group the discount:

    The price group defines for which customer groups the discount will be made available, e.g. by adding an affiliation price group:
