Hi all, I have seen a lot of posts around this subject, as a quick answer hopefully off someone, can this be done in standard nav V14, without any dev or a third party add in like continia.

Batch send to email or PDF(would prefer email)

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

Yes, it’s manual. Providing you have smtp setup and email addresses for the customer. Choose statements, choose email as the output. Add filters to cover many customers.

Not sure if it's available on v14 (probably not), but there is scheduled statement.

Not available on V14 or else would have been handy

I have SMTP setup, and sales invoices etc will work on email, but statements don't work, I have read that this setup works for Douments in NAV but not for Reports????

    Marley,

For sending Customer Statements, in NAV, I always turn to Continia Output to automate the process. It is easy, fast setup, and can be done manually, in batch, or through Job Queue. Also, you setup an Email List by Document.

    You should check it out.

    Thanks,

    Steve

From the customer card you can set document layouts. One of those is the customer statement. Try setting a few up with email addresses and then sending.
