Hi All,

Can anyone recommend the best troubleshooting tools for errors within Dynamics CRM. Below is an example of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Error Report which doesn't really help me. I have checked the Windows Event Viewer but there is nothing posted within there to help me further either.

    Hi,

95% of the time those errors doesn't come from your customizations. As you see here it comes from the "mapsintegration.js" which is probably not your Jscript. It is just for MS to know that something isn't working properly.

Just turn of the error notification.

This looks like java-script error. You can use chrome developer extension. Which is good and powerful tool to identify client side errors!

    Thanks,

    Mansoor

Thank you! This is a new standard environment so I will disable error notifications for now.
