Customer information "overveiw"

Hi, 
 
When I /hoover/ over the customer number with the role /Business Manager/ I can se the whole company name etc. 
 
 
But when I do this with the /Sales Order Processor/ its just blank:
 
 
What do I need to do to see the company name with the /Sales Order Processor/ role?

    Yes, this happens to the same user. All I have to do is switch roles and it will look like the pictures above.

    Something else must affect this. The profile doesn't seem related as that lookup is not personalizable.
